What to expect during your first appointment.
Welcome & Intake Paperwork
All new patients will need to fill out and submit new patient intake paperwork. This ensures we can further understand your health history and any traumas or injuries you have had in the past. This will help us create a better plan for your care in the office.
Guided Office Tour
After filling out your paperwork you will be given a tour around the office where we will give you a better idea of who we can help, what technologies we use, and answer any questions you might have along the way.
Personalized Health History & Complete Consultation
After your tour you will sit down with one of our team members for a healthcare consultation, where we will discuss your symptoms, health concerns, and establish both short-term and long-term goals for your health.
Neurological Assessment &
Spinal Scan
We will perform a comprehensive neurological assessment using our CLA technology, which allows us to evaluate the current function of your nervous system and spine. Our goal is to discover the root cause of any dysfunction within your body, so that we can provide the best possible care that you need and deserve.
Digital Chiropractic Postural X-Rays
If clinically indicated, we will take chiropractic postural x-rays. This allows us to get an exact assessment of your spine and identify its problem areas. To see is to know, to not see is to guess. We won’t guess with your health.
Principled Doctors Report
This is your opportunity to learn about health, physiology, and how you’ll improve under care with us. We will further explain how your body heals, our chiropractic technique, discuss expectations for care, and outline how to get the most out of your corrective care plan.
Individualized Report of Findings
We will sit down with you individually to go over the findings from your assessment and x-rays, discuss your individualized recommendations for care, and answer any questions you may have. We’ll ensure that care is convenient and affordable for you.
First Chiropractic Adjustment
We utilize the most researched technique in the profession. Gentle and specific, an adjustment involves no twisting or cracking. You remain in a neutral position the entire time. Kids, seniors, and everyone in-between loves their chiropractic adjustments.

At Level Up Health Chiropractic, we take your health very seriously. Your first day in the office consists of several examinations including a neurological evaluation, spinal exam, and x-rays if clinically indicated. After all of this is done, we will give you, your first adjustment. Dr. Ian will review these results and plan out the best recommendations for care, which will be presented on your second visit.

At Level Up Health Chiropractic, We are working on taking insurance. Please be ready to bring your ID and insurance card for a Complimentary benefits check. If you have coverage we will give you super bills to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

Regular chiropractic care for children allows for them to maintain optimal nervous system function throughout development resulting in a better, happier, and healthier life. Healthy kids grow into healthy adults.

You can expect your first visit in our office to be 1 hour. We will do a thorough initial health consultation, neurologic evaluation, spinal exam, and take specific chiropractic x-rays if clinically indicated. Once under care, appointments in our office are between 10-15 minutes.
